Update your business information online Our e-File Minnesota system allows you to update your business information electronically. Log on to e-File Minnesota and click “Update business info” on the main-menu page.
You can update addresses, phone numbers, contact information and other basic information. You can also add new tax types to your account or end taxes if necessary. If you close your business, you can cancel your Minnesota tax ID number using the update feature. In addition to updating your business information, you can use e-File Minnesota to make electronic payments for all Minnesota business taxes. First-time users: If you’ve never used e-File Minnesota to file or pay taxes, and you have an active Minnesota tax ID, you can still view and update your business information. Before you login the first time, call our Registration Services office at 651-282-5225 or 1-800-657-3605 to receive a temporary password to access the system. Go to e-File Minnesota.
